Arc Methodology

Arc comprises eight phases that provide guidance for implementing system-led business process change.

ArcWorkbench is the software tool we use to support and manage the implementation of new systems into the business.

Although we can help you to establish your system development strategy and select appropriate systems, in many instances organisations make a strategic decision to implement a particular system prior to Draxmont Owl's involvement. Our focus would then be on providing support from the redesign phase through to implementation. However, Arc does provide us with a reference framework for ensuring that necessary actions have been taken in preceding phases.
